Marium Mukhtiar Shaheed
Introduction: Marium Mukhtiar was the first Pakistani female fighter pilot. She was born on May29,1992 into a Sindhi family in Karachi to die in the line of duty. She also played football for National Women's Team. She studied civil engineering before qualifying as a fighter pilot. She also supported a school for children. The Day Of The Incident On November24,2015 Marium and her trainer Squadron leader Saqib Abbasi were on a training mission when their FT-7PG crashed near Kundian, Mianwali . Both occupants ejected. Squadron leader survived with minor injuries but Marium died of her injuries in a military hospital. According to PAF both pilots handled the situation with courage and tried to save the air-craft until the last minute.
